THE RETREAT
Leave your daily life behind to come to a unique, private location in Wales to deepen your yoga practice and press the reset button. This three day retreat will be held at Woodlands Farm, Penrhos, Wales which has been curated by its owners and incredible artists Craig Loane and Charles Horsfield. The spaces and gardens they have created are like walking into the inside of a World of Interiors magazine, with great sympathy for the neighbouring Buddhist Center and stunning surrounding landscape.

Experienced yoga teachers Kristin Alsop and Nicci Parry, with the support of Maygun Mansfield, will guide you through daily practices and offer you the space to calm your mind, reconnect with your body and awaken your spirit. The retreat will be opened with Colour Mirrors expert, Emily Smith who will guide us to set our intentions and create a safe and nurturing space for our time together.

Our nourishment will be carefully crafted by expert raw food chef, Phil Grist. Phil is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge about health and wellbeing. Not only is his food delicious, but it is so nourishing and you’ll feel the benefits of his creations over the three days together. He’ll be with us during mealtimes to discuss the advantages of raw food and how to address health issues.

And finally, and by no means least, Olvia Emes, yoga teacher and incredible DJ will be cranking out the tunes on Saturday night for us to let loose on the dance floor and have some fun
